30-Day Home Trial
You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return. To begin, please contact our Support team at support@xenjoyfitness.com. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted except for warranty claims.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition you received it: undamaged, clean, with all original accessories, documentation, and packaging. Because the product ships fully assembled, please take care during initial handling and inspect the unit upon delivery.
How to Start a Return
Email support@xenjoyfitness.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will send return instructions and a prepaid return label (for approved defects or our shipping error) or provide an approved return authorization with shipping instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defect, damage in transit, or our error, XENJOY will cover return shipping and arrange pickup or provide a prepaid label.
For buyer-initiated returns (change of mind), customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any associated pickup or freight charges for oversized items. Depending on condition, a reasonable restocking fee may apply for returns showing excessive wear or missing parts.

Inspection & Refund
Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take up to 14 business days after we receive the returned item. Please note, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment account. (Total refund arrival time approx. 8-12 business days).
Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact support@xenjoyfitness.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will evaluate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange expedited replacement or return shipping at no cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return.
Consumables (batteries, single-use accessories) are non-returnable if opened or used.
If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, contact support and we will advise.
Exchanges
To exchange a unit or request a different model, please return the original item following the steps above. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Missing Parts
If any parts or accessories are missing from your shipment, contact support immediately. We will send the missing parts at no cost.
