Your order will be carefully processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email once it leaves our warehouse. Our delivery team will bring the product directly to your home—please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the packaging upon arrival.
30-Day Home Trial — You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Email support@xenjoyfitness.com with your order number and reason to begin.
To qualify, the product must be returned in the same condition you received it — undamaged, clean, with all original accessories, documentation, and packaging. Inspect the fully assembled unit on arrival. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and, for defects or shipping errors, a prepaid return label. For returns not due to a defect or our shipping error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Do not ship items without prior authorization. Returns after 30 days are handled via warranty claims.
